Gannoway Lake Estates Homeowners' Association ('the Association') provides this Web site, its related links, and functions ("Services") subject to your agreement to comply with the terms of use ("Terms") described herein. Use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance by you of the Terms, and becomes a binding agreement between the Association and you governing your use of the Site or Services. If you are unwilling to abide by the Terms, do not use this Site or the Services.

1) Changes - The Association may change these Terms at any time and without notice to you. You will need to periodically re-check the site to ensure you are aware of any such changes because they will be binding on you. Your use of the Site or Services after such changes constitutes your agreement to them.

2) Risk from Use - You agree that your use the Site or Services, or of any information obtained from them, is at your own risk. This includes use of any third party site which may be linked to from this Site.

3) Warranties - The Site and Services are provided on an "As Is" basis and are without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
